• Depending on the Tenant Screening rating completed by the Property, applicants may be required to pay higher deposits and/or monthly fees.

City Preferences apply to round 1 applicants

Applicants must select the City Preferences by the Drawing Entry deadline and submit proof they meet them by the File Submission Deadline. The Final Ranking number is subject to change after preferences are verified. Applicants cannot adjust their City Preference Tiers/Points after the Drawing Entry Deadline. Preference Tiers/Point adjustments or corrections by the applicant after the Drawing Entry Deadline will not be considered. The Preference will be invalidated if supporting documents are not submitted on time or if insufficient proof is submitted.

Applicants who enter after 10/27/2025 5pm through 11/10/2025 5:00pm will be ranked on 11/14/2025. / File submission 11/21/2025, 5:00pm.

Round 3 Deadlines (for OD 740 ONLY): (No City Preferences, by Entry Date and Timestamp)

Entry Deadline (No City Preferences): Applicants who enter after 11/10/2025 5:00 pm through 1/22/2026 5:00:00pm / Ranking Results approx. 1/23/2026 / File Submission Deadline: 1/27/2026 5:00 pm.

Any additional rounds will be ranked periodically using the date and timestamp issued by MyHouseKeys when you enter the drawing until all units are leased.
