The rents can change when the annual income limits and utility allowance schedules are updated on an annual basis.
For Hanover: The holding deposit will be credited towards the security deposit upon move-in. Holding deposits are typically nonrefundable after 72 hours. If an applicant is approved but chooses to cancel, the holding deposit will not be refunded. If applicants are denied, they will receive a refund. Holding deposits can be lost; please speak to the Hanover Staff for more details.
Depending on the Tenant Screening rating completed by the Property, applicants may be required to pay higher deposits and/or monthly fees.

City Preferences apply to round 1 applicants
Applicants must select the City Preferences by the Drawing Entry deadline and submit proof they meet them by the File Submission Deadline. The Final Ranking number is subject to change after preferences are verified. Applicants cannot adjust their City Preference Tiers/Points after the Drawing Entry Deadline. Preference Tiers/Point adjustments or corrections by the applicant after the Drawing Entry Deadline will not be considered. The Preference will be invalidated if supporting documents are not submitted on time or if insufficient proof is submitted.
